PROJECT
Pochoclear, an innovative platform supporting independent cinemas, approached Roselab to help create a digital solution that would connect moviegoers with cinemas, provide information on screenings and locations, and facilitate online ticket purchases.
Recognizing the social impact of Pochoclear’s mission, Roselab eagerly took on the challenge. The goal was to develop a brand and platform that would attract users while being scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of independent cinemas. The brand needed to be techy and experimental, yet cool and easy to understand.
The main UX/UI challenge was designing a platform that could dynamically adapt to the user’s location, offering personalized experiences that enhance user engagement. The design needed to be dynamic to cover different location scenarios while still being highly functional.
Roselab started with a workshop to align Pochoclear's leadership on brand goals, followed by extensive research to define user personas, value propositions, and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
The branding process included creating moodboards and developing a visual identity system that could be consistently applied across touchpoints. The UX/UI design prioritized functionality during the wireframe stage, ensuring seamless performance before focusing on aesthetics. Collaboration between UX and brand designers was key to creating an intuitive and visually engaging platform.
The sophisticated branding and dynamic design reflect Pochoclear’s vision and provide a solid foundation for future growth.
